Cast Announced and Production Beginning on the Next Captain America Movie

The latest Avengers movie just hit theaters here in the U.S. a week ago, and already details are coming out about the upcoming Captain America spin-off movie. “Captain America: Winter Soldier” did very good at the box office, so expectations will be running high for its sequel just as they were for the Avengers movie sequel. It will be called “Captain America: Civil War,” and it is slated for release in May of next year. The title alone makes it sound like it will be an action-packed movie. The team at Beneful is excited because the cast of characters has been announced for this latest Captain America installment.

It will include some of the heroes from the latest Avengers film including Vision, Scarlet Witch, War Machine and Falcon. It is also known that Ant-Man will be part of the cast of this movie, and John Hurt will be reprising his role of General Ross from an earlier Incredible Hulk movie. This rounds out a full cast as production begins on this third Captain America movie. Apparently events that happen in this movie will also help to set up the next Avengers movie when it releases in a couple years. It looks to be a busy and profitable next few years for Marvel Studios and the actors playing the characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Other than the upcoming movie pitting Batman against Superman and the Star Wars movies coming out, Marvel appears to own the Sci-Fi and action-adventure genre over the next few years.
